I started playing at my older brother's recommendation and now I'm hooked! I check it every morning while I get ready for the day. I'm an avid player of RTS games, and this game always makes me reminisce of the days of Supreme Commander. I especially like how easy it is to gain gold, diamonds, and resources. The wait times can be a bit annoying, but you can just go do something else while you wait and I often have enough of the (freely obtained) diamonds to skip a lot of the waiting. The graphics are cute, the violence isn't over the top, and I especially like the background music and ocean sounds (very soothing!).
My only complaint is that I've had the app crash on me in the midst of attacking, which causes me to lose not only the attack but also kills all of my troops, which can be very expensive to replace! I also sometimes face connectivity issues when trying to scout enemy bases, although I'm not sure if that's the app or just my own internet connection, although I've never had such problems with any other apps so I'm inclined to think its the app itself.
